Available Puppies & Started Dogs

At Rusted Wires, we breed first and foremost to produce exceptional working dogs. We believe this breed is happiest doing what it was bred to do: HUNT! We prove our dogs with hunting tests & titles. We aim to produce healthy dogs who can do what they were bred to do which means we do all the health testing recommended by the Wirehaired Vizsla Club of America. We believe in correct conformation because again, a dog needs to be built right and have correct coat to hunt all day in the field and handle the cold weather without injury. This is why we compete in AKC conformation shows.​Our puppies all start off being raised in the home and eventually move to a heated garage. We do ENS with our puppies (Early Neurological Stimulation). Puppies are introduced to the outdoors at an early age & are socialized with different people. Puppies are introduced to water (weather dependent), dead and live birds (pigeons, quail, chukar, ducks), & crates before leaving for their new homes. Before being sent home, puppies are vet checked, vaccinated, de-wormed & microchipped. Puppies will be AKC & NAVHDA registered paid by us.  Puppies will be sent home with a binder including parents health testing & titles. All puppies with be sold with a contract for limited registration or full registration with health guarantee.​
